1. Close to tons of restaurants (chains but also great little restaurants with patio near the ocean) It's not a 5 stars hotel and they don't pretend to be but the room was clean, the shower and bathroom were clean too (i'm picky).

4. Staying in room 23, we had a partial view of the ocean with a patio out front with a big table, also with ocean view.

5. We liked sitting out on the patio and watching people come and go, and in the evening, the hotel was like a little town of it`s own, with people hanging out on their patio`s and balconies, talking and laughing.

8. I did not like the location of the motel though, it was a very busy street and as there was no air conditioning in the room, we had to leave the patio door open so it was a bit noisy.

9. Other reviewers talk about trying to get one of the renovated units, but my wife and I found the older rooms more desirable -- because you had a patio table and chairs right outside your door in a shaded area.
