2. Love the amenities, the TV channel selection, the beds (so comfortable), the conference facilities, the restaurants, the cleanliness, etc. The front desk staff were accomodating and helpful, especially when scheduling shuttle trips from and to the airport.

4. The airport shuttle staff was wonderful--- the driver was not busy so he kindly drove us into gaslamp-- we made it worth his while haha.
