3. I will not be staying here again as a result and will take my business to the US Grand-- just up the street, on par with cost and far superior in accomodations/food.

4. Hotel has its own airport pick up service which we didn't know about, but it only cost $10 by taxi anyway (I love how close San Diego airport is to downtown).
