1. One of the room service attendants even declined a tip stating that she just wanted us to have a nice stay (I unfortunately didn't catch her name to give a shout out here).

5. Housekeeping and Room Service were pretty good as well, room was clean, nicely decorated, etc. The unfortunate - a pipe had burst in the hotel so as other travelers have indicated - they were in a state of repair.

10. Rita and Andrew the concierges were amazingly helpful to the point of mapping out our bus and trolly routes and then there was sweet and accommodating Atsede in room service who treated us like royalty.
