1. We arrived past 2 am and the clerk was helpful and courteous, he waived the hotel parking fee.

2. Trip did not start off well because their pool renovations were pushed back so we did not have a pool to use but when I kindly asked what could be done they offered to comp our nightly parking fee (saved a total of $64).

I booked the Westin weekend escape package which offered, complimentary breakfast (nice hotel breakfast buffet which included an assortment of warm breakfast items like eggs benedict, potatoes, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, fresh omelets to order, French toast, and assortment of breads, and fruit) and an extended check out time of 4:00 p.m.My only gripe was the $32 a night valet parking fee, but aside from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others.
