1. She gave short answers and seemed to want to just end the conversation so I ended up having to go to the Westin's Concierge to ask for suggestions, where they helped me plan the entire night.

6. I brought them down to concierge and they gave us new ones, explaining that if you put those cards with cell phone, credit cards or any metalic material, the key cards get demagnitized.

10. The room could be a five star room but the hotel lacks the amenities of a five star hotel (concierge, spa, full business center) but doesn't have a five star price so all is good.
