7. Problem #1- During the day, my room was nice, with a sliding glass door and nice patio onto the tropical courtyard.

9. Any questions we had were answered with a smile and lots of helpful information; a couple of extra amenities were supplied when requested; and the lush tropical gardens right outside our patio were truly relaxing and enjoyable.
