1. The breakfast was outstanding for the price ($7.99) in the Hotel restaurant and the dining area overlooks the hotel and marina.

4. Shelter island has some good restaurants and cafes like Point Break Cafe (good, inexpensive breakfast), Brigantine's and of course Humphrey's restaurant - good breakfast and dinners.

9. Didnt like them coming right up to us on the loungers either, specially when they left a 'deposit'We only used the restaurant for breakfast once, it was nice enough but just as good but cheaper is the Red Sails, just down the road.
