1. We stayed here 19th to 26th April check in was straight forward no problems, parking was no problem, big car park.

2. The room was ground floor facing the bay, but the garden foliage gave the small patio area plenty of screening from the parking lot.

3. No free breakfast or parking, but this wasn't an issue for us (no car), also you can get coffee and pastries a few blocks away.

4. We were only sleeping at the hotel and while we were very disappointed initially at the location of the room, across from the ice machine, bordering on the vending machines and facing the parking lot, it was immaculate and served our purpose well.

8. It was their basic unit but I loved it, was on the 2nd floor, facing the parking lot but the 2nd floor afforded a view of the harbor, though the parking lot trees did block the view a bit, but I was happy with that.

10. If, however, it is more important that you get a beautiful view, gorgeous surroundings and exceptional service than it is for you to get a good parking space or that 'new' smell in the hallways, then look no further.
