The living room must have been 20' x 12' with a couch, 2 wingbacks a coffee table, Secretary chest,, Murphy bed (double) and sofa table; the kitchen was small with stove, microwave and old refridgerator in need of defrosting, and a table with four chairs; the bedroom was about 10 x 12 , King bed that was substandard, with a separate dressing room and lots of closet space; the spmall period bathroom was in dire need of attention: a bit of mildew, missing sealant, poor toilet mechanism and venetiona miniblinds in the shower window, which ws not frosted; a period bathroom brought into this decade in quality and maintenance would be nice - this was not.
