1. The hotel could be nice(big rooms, good mattress), if it was not for the construction noise during weekdays on the southern side (the manager has time to answer every comment here online but seems unable to warn guests of this noise), the thin windows which let yo hear every car on the street, the average motel-style breakfast in only a small part of the rooftop restaurants, the extra parking fee of 15 $, the non-existent air condition or heating (it was chilly in the room) and the terrace without sun beds.

2. I contacted the Hotel via email to ask a couple of questions prior to arriving, and was answered really promptly by the general manager, along with some helpful info.

4. I was never able to catch up to the manager apparently, as every time I went to the desk the person working had no authority.

5. as Betty Davis once said 'WHAT A DUMP' There was no one there of importance who could address this problem, so I called when we arrived home to LA, and left a message for the General Manager, but alas, like the crappy room they rent out as a suite, this numbnuts General Manager, and I use that term loosely, has yet to call me back(it's been over 7 days).
