1. The hotel is conveniently close to downtown and is just a few miles from the major attractions (USS Midway, Maritime Museum, Petco Field, lots of restaurants, to name a few).

3. We usually stay downtown at the Kimpton but on a weekday with the ballgame the rooms were more than usual and I was traveling with my niece and nephew and needed at least two beds and a sofabed at a reasonable price since we weren't going to be there more than overnight.
