1. The room rate was good for the area (about $125/night) but add in the taxes and $15/night for parking and I wonder if there weren't more reasonable locations.

7. That having been said, the bed was new and VERY comfortable, the linens top drawer, the towels fluffy, the shampoos etc. first rate, the carpet new,and the room was scrupulously clean, including the smells (there were none).
