1. Wifi is included in your price which is a plus, good service, I asked for extra towels at 7ish AM and I got the towels within 5-6 minutes and got a follow up call from the reception if we received everything we needed.

3. We were told this covered things like the spa, coffee, wifi, etc.--- yet most of these are normally included in the regular daily rate of hotels 2 star and up (in my experience).

4. Most guests could care less about your antiques and want a comfortable bed, free wifi, double sinks a shower that is my above waist level, ice machines available without calling and tipping room service.

5. But, for a large city, downtown hotel, wired & wireless plus water plus newspaper - the amount is not bad when you are paying a low room rate - many hotels charge this for just Internet.
