1. You also will be billed a $15 per day convenience charge which includes wi-fi, the gym, bottled water in your room, etc. The convenience charge is not optional and you will pay it up front whether you are planning on using those services or not.

6. I honestly do not understand the point in providing a bed that feels like the floor, if someone wanted to sleep on such a hard surface then they certainly would not need to shell out the money for a hotel room charge + the unnecessary fees.
