1. Housekeeping came into the room for turn down service that was not requested and then, for whatever reason, took our cellphone charger and placed it in lost and found.

2. Wifi is included in your price which is a plus, good service, I asked for extra towels at 7ish AM and I got the towels within 5-6 minutes and got a follow up call from the reception if we received everything we needed.
