1. Has a nice kitchette and large refrigerator if you bring some of your own food you can save some money as some of the Riverwalk restaurants can be expensive.

5. Things we loved: the one-bedroom suite was spacious and actually WAS a one-bedroom, meaning you could close the door and have two separate sleeping areas; the staff were friendly, fun, and very helpful, to the best of their abilities; there was a kitchenette in our room, with fridge, sink, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.; the breakfast area was one of the best we have ever had for a 'complimentary breakfast' area-- the food was very good and the staff who ran it truly cared that you enjoyed it; the location is great-- it is truly one block to the Alamo, about a half-mile from the Riverwalk (if that's too far for you, it doesn't matter because you will never survive walking on the Riverwalk, anyway!); the easy access back onto the interstate to go touring-- literally three left turns and you are on your way; the peace and quiet-- we love giant hotels like this, as they are made of concrete, not plywood, so you don't hear your neighbors, especially the ones above you.
