3. The Alamo is close; Rivercenter Mall is too, but plan on taking a taxi or streetcar ($1 in coin or bills per adult per ride) at Alamo Plaza to King William area, Market Square, La Villita, Hemisfair Park and the further reaches of Riverwalk.
