9. one of my reasons for not giving a 5 star rating was because there was no free wi-fi in the guest rooms,the other is that they charge for everything, bottled water,business computer use , a cash bar inthe room i'm suprised they don't charge for tv, thats ok if you are there on business and charge everything to yur expense account,been there, done that ,now that I am retired I pay for everything.
