4. The rate is great, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was incredibly nice, it had a great free breakfast in the morning and the fact that the trolley (which will get you EVERYWHERE) stops right on the corner.

10. One bad point is how hotels raise the rates on weekends or if there is a conference in town, but I would absolutely stay here again.
