4. My co-worker was in a room on the first floor near the lobby, and when we met to drive to the airport, he was irate as apparently they kept him up all night long with their loud talking and laughing.

5. The hotel lobby was small but everywhere in the hotel was very cleaned, the pool was very very small but we didnt mind.

6. Parking there is not the best, it is located very close to the River Walk but it's on the ugly part of down town which makes you worry about leaving your car there (I only saw the security guard once as I was leaving sitting in the lobby).

7. All in all - a fine spot for a vacation hotel, not so much so if travelling with a group on business (no meeting area other than the smallish lobby).
