2. This is really a good bargain for a downtown hotel, but, if you have a sensitive sniffer (or maybe even if not), all I can say is stay away from room 512 (and 514 - the hotel offered to switch me, but I was knocked out by the stench of mildew in this room as well).

3. The parking lot is across the narrow 1 lane (1 way) street and does cost $8 a day, which is a bargain for $24hr.
