1. a little fridge, lots of snacks, good toilettries, soft towels, etc. The fitness room was nicely equipped (though small) and they even offered complementary ear-buds for the eliptical machines that had TVs, which was a nice touch since I hadn't throught to bring any.

2. The rooms are well decorated and good sized, the beds are extremely comfortable, and although the bathrooms are rather small they are well-designed, the robe and towels are plush, and there is plenty of hot water.

3. FItness center is small and basic, free weights, a bike and treadmill, TV, towels, water, and they do offer free new headphones - nice touch.
