1. Quiet streets get a little sketchy at night, but not too bad for a downtown area.

2. The closest 'grassy' area for your dogs convenience was a block and a half away (with one street crossing), which generally took about 7 minutes from leaving the hotel room (and going 11 flights down the elevator) to the area where my pup could do her business.

10. Another miss was that the small king room we had faced a part of the street that had a lot of very bright exterior lights (it was near a tram line), making it essential that the drapes (which were a little hard to open and close) be perfectly drawn (overlapping) to black the light.
