1. The hotel is very clean (I have been working in and around hotels for a number of years now, including housekeeping), the rooms are gorgeous (we stayed in the Monte Carlo Suite) and the staff are very professional and we could not have been happier.

4. Beds were great and housekeeping comes twice a day, so we didn't have to worry about not having our room cleaned if we wanted to put the do not disturb sign on in the morning.

7. Housekeeping only cleans rooms from 10am to 5pm; so if you're the type that sleeps in, parties, whatever - and wants your room cleaned at 5:30pm (or in my case often much later), forget about it.
