1. Great service, lovely decor, lots of 'free' stuff if you are a member (free parking, $25 off dining, $10 off any mini-bar purchase) etc. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and it's so much fun to see dogs on property.

3. I wish the complimentary coffee service started sooner than 6 a.m. (a Starbucks two blocks away opens at 5:30 a.m. on the weekdays) and that the parking wasn't so expensive ($17 per night).
