2. During one of my prior stays, I demanded a different room (because I had to duck a beam to get into my room) and that exterior room was MUCH larger as well.

3. Another miss was that the small king room we had faced a part of the street that had a lot of very bright exterior lights (it was near a tram line), making it essential that the drapes (which were a little hard to open and close) be perfectly drawn (overlapping) to black the light.
