3. The one thing that really impressed us was the friendly and courteous staff at the hotel--everyone we dealt with, ranging from the front desk, to the cashier at the convenience store, to the waitress at the restaurant--all went out of their way to make us feel like welcomed guests.

It may seem like I am gushing in this review, but frankly all of the staff are friendly here, from Lane and the other valets, to Judy and Mary at the front desk, to the awesome bartenders at the Columbia Grille, and the banquet manager (whose name I don't know, but whom I have seen interacting with other guests).

10. Boy was I wrong - yes, this is right next to the airport and is slightly noisy and the walls are kind of thin, but the staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfy, and they're dog friendly.
