1. The one thing that really impressed us was the friendly and courteous staff at the hotel--everyone we dealt with, ranging from the front desk, to the cashier at the convenience store, to the waitress at the restaurant--all went out of their way to make us feel like welcomed guests.

2. It may seem like I am gushing in this review, but frankly all of the staff are friendly here, from Lane and the other valets, to Judy and Mary at the front desk, to the awesome bartenders at the Columbia Grille, and the banquet manager (whose name I don't know, but whom I have seen interacting with other guests).

6. The in house restaurant is not bad and the bar and restaurant staff along with the front desk are all very helpful and the service makes the difference to upgrade what would otherwise be an average property.
