1. There are certain aspects of the room at the Benson which are in need of repair (chips, scuffs, etc.) on the furniture; however, we were in a junior suite room which had a corner view and spacious sitting area so we hardly noticed the wear and tear.

8. Its a nice hotel, nothing wrong with it at all, but the price is a little much for a dark (though spacious) room with a view of another building a few feet away and relatively basic accommodations.

9. Room 1217 had a beautiful view, more daylight during the day, an updated bathroom with a chrome showerhead and not a plastic one as room 817's had been and a tempurpedic King bed.
