1. The rooms were richly furnished and the towel animal with glasses was a nice touch.

2. - Room always made up daily (we opted to participate in their green program and keep the same sheets during our stay), clean glassware and towels and soaps as needed.

3. The towels were as plush as what I'd expect from a Motel 8, the television picture was as crisp as if you were watching it via antenna in 1992, and there was almost zero space in the bathroom for any toiletries (other than on the back of the toilet).

7. It has all the classic style charm of hotels from a better time: wonderful front hall with a cozy bar, helpful staff, logo'd towels, slippers, even the bathmat and garbage can had their logo on it.
