1. The wifi worked great though and since we were there on a weekend, we did not have to pay the ridiculous $29 a day parking fee and instead just parked for free on the street.

6. I imagine it's expensive normally, but I think it tends to run empty on weekends, so it is almost always available as a Priceline; try downtown Portland, 4*, and $60 (we got $60 w/fees).
