The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they tried to double my rate and charge us twice for a room that we had already prepaid in full a month prior for, you're obligated to turn over your car keys to a valet service to park there for $36 plus tips, and the bathrooms are terribly small.

Pros:- Location is fantastic - walking distance to everything!- Comfortable beds and black-out shades to keep things nice and dark- Nice view of the city from the 20th floor- Friendly staff- Honest valet; I left my cell phone in the car after they parked it, then the valet brought it back down to me when he realized it was in the cup holder.

6. As far as I could tell, there were only two people working valet -- you figure it out - that took a LONG time for everyone to get their cars (about 30 mins for me and I was at the front of the line).
