1. The Concierge (Fran Nachman) was outstanding in her assistance in procuring tickets to the art museum, as well as with directions and a wonderful recommendation for dinner (the restaurant was outstanding, also).

9. I would particularly like to mention Fran, the concierge, who is a fount of knowledge and recommended some great places to eat including a fabulous mexican restaurant called Tequila.
