I called ahead to tell them that this was a very special visit and the staff did everything possible to make it so, including strawberries and wine (complimentary) The rooms are ok, this is not a five star hotel and do not expect that but it is a good place to stay if you are looking for value for money and less of the trimmings( though I found the bed linens really good quality) The complimentary access to internet is great and the 'can do'attitude of all the staff was simply wonderful.
