1. The hotel offered a free shuttle to downtown attractions and restaurants and some of our group did use it with happy results.

8. A great seafood restaurant within walking distance from the hotel is DiNardo`s at 312 Race Street, and a recommended Italian restaurant in South Philly, which the van will take you to, is Ralph`s at 760 S.

9. It`s the oldest (since 1890) continuously operating family owned Italian restaurant in the nation and has been frequented by the likes of Teddy Roosevelt, mob leaders, Frank Sinatra and lots of other celebs.
