Around 7pm when we asked about free shuttle we were told by on-duty
manager
that shuttle was not running, in fact, shuttle was running until 11pm.

I tried to arrange a late check out and i went to reception 3 times, the first time the girl said the
manager
was stuck in a traffic jam this was at 9am, so i went back at 10am and was told he had not arrived yet so i returned again at 11am and the lady said he was not starting until 2pm and this was the same lady i had spoke to at all times.

i checked out and left bags at hotel and then i came back to see the

on duty (Andrew) and told him all my woes he said thanks for letting me know and have a nice day.
