1. We booked this hotel room during a large conference in Philly because it was the only room we could get at a decent price.

3. We found the adjacent parking lot, with in-and -out privileges very convenient and the $23 price more reasonable than other downtown parking facilities that did not offer the same benefits.

8. I had some reservations about this hotel after reading several negative reviews but decided to take a chance since the location was close (10-15' walk plus hotel shuttle service also available) to the Independence Hall/Liberty Bell attractions and the price was reasonable.
