4. Only issue was with housekeeping who didn't do much for the first three nights of our stay - didn't even straighten the towels in the bathroom, and seemed oblivious to the giant dead beetle under the wash basin - but definite improvement on the fourth and final night.

5. What is a problem is that the bathroom towels were stained and one towel I picked up literally had a dried stain from someone else's 'use' on it (I will not go into detail here).
