2. ) I was able to call the OMNI, 1 block away, who could easily accommadate me, for the same price, and when I called from the room and stated that I want to check out and wanted a refund, she started SCREAMING at me that I was the one who booked a room with only 1 bed.

3. I usually get up around noon, but that is the same as check out time, so I got up around 10 am knowing that breakfast was over by then.

4. We checked into the hotel at 9 p.m. Friday night and was given a double bed room next to elevator which was so noisy and then when we tried to check out at 1:30 p.m. next day, they charged us $60 extra over an already overpriced rate of $169.
