1. So I was happy to find that the neighborhood--especially the stretch of Chestnut between 2nd and Bank-- has plenty of terrific bars.

3. There is an huge number of restaurants & bars within walking distance & even though it is not the classiest area of the city many of the top expensive restaurants are situated close to the hotel.
