1. The bathrooms are a little older, but the tub is fairly deep & the robes & towels are awesome.

3. House keeping staff was great, fresh towels every day, and generous amounts of toiletries were provided.

4. As I said before too there were a couple of strange things with the room like a replaced carpet square and the hand towel racks in the room were VERY low to the ground, odd to dry your hands.
"Well Done. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/27/2011 Vote
5. I did appreciate the robes and turn-down service (which included clean towels), but had envisioned a much more luxurious room.

6. Pool and hot tub were great - I especially liked the chilled towels for use while in the hot tub.

7. PROs:-very friendly staff, especially the door staff and the housekeepers-immaculately clean room and bathroom, serviced twice daily-lush towels and sheets-lots of light in roomCONs:-location--it's in kind of a no-man's land, and we got really tired of walking back and forth to the more interesting parts of town (this was a MAJOR con in our opinion, though maybe if you are traveling for business the location is okay)-walls are paper thin, and doors might as well be non-existent for all the noise they block out-valet parking is expensive (I can't remember if it is over $30 or over $40)-the highly touted view leaves a lot to be desired--our courtyard view was disappointing-small bathroom with little vanity space-no free internet in room and no room for negotiation about it--I HATE this kind of nickel and dime-ingWe just didn't feel this hotel lived up to the Four Seasons reputation.
"Disappointing for a Four Seasons " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/24/2010 Vote
8. As the door closed, I heard the woman open up the big armoire outside my room, place the towels inside, and leave.
"I expected better. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/15/2012 Vote
9. When I walked in, there was a pile of semi-folded towels on the flip-up suitcase rack.
