When I arrived into my room, the hotel had sent me a lovely amenity with a hand written card from the Hotel
Manager
with a little shot glass filled with an amazing Lemon Custard- it was a delectable little treat.

We are there routinely to visit Wills Eye Hospital and have always been treated as special guests complete with welcome back notes from the

This last time the front desk

tried to make me feel better by promising a free room upgrade next time but it won't do me any good as I've learned my lesson and will not be staying there again.

The waiter responded to us again in a snippy manner and when a so called

came over with a smirk on his face he responded he only had one channel.
