2. When I arrived into my room, the hotel had sent me a lovely amenity with a hand written card from the Hotel Manager with a little shot glass filled with an amazing Lemon Custard- it was a delectable little treat.

3. We are there routinely to visit Wills Eye Hospital and have always been treated as special guests complete with welcome back notes from the manager.

4. This last time the front desk manager tried to make me feel better by promising a free room upgrade next time but it won't do me any good as I've learned my lesson and will not be staying there again.
