Everyone greeted us with a 'Happy Anniversary', they emailed him prior to our arrival to see if we would like a treat delivered to our room (which was pasteries with a decorated plate), check in was smooth and pleasant, and we were thrilled to be upgraded (without asking) to a 'fountain view' room on the 6th floor.
