1. The staff was incredibly helpful/attentive and of course the meals were all excellent -- in addition to brunch, we also had a light dinner there.

5. if i had to find a glitch was the cold unwelcoming check in and out and poor quality of coffee (same as in San Francisco!) whereas quality of food was superb from breakfast to brunch and dinner.
