1. My experiences have been: PROS:cheap, free shuttle, great location, comfortable beds, lots of clean towels, nice HOT showers with OK water pressure, lots of TV channels, nice individual AC/heater, coffeemaker/free coffeeCONS:cheap hotel comforters (just use the sheets only), small bathrooms (doesn't really matter to me but may to other people), inconsistent customer service/staff (sometimes very helpful, sometimes uninformed/unhelpful), ice machine hard to find/brokenOverall, worth it to me.

2. Here's what we DIDN'T have: TV remote or channels that came in, no bath towels or faceclothes only a hand towel but we DID have: an ancien Fridge-in fact we didn't even know that's what it was until we opened it,URINE SMELL in a dresser drawer, something dead inside the only towel we had, RUDE STAFF who were not able to answer any question they were asked & really didn't care.

7. There were 3 women in the room and after the first day the maid left us 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel.
