2. As for the complimentary bus,it was the one bus which done the pick up for around 10 other hotels and it took a while to get there,same on the way back, not something you like when it`s been raining or your tired.

3. Doors to the rooms seemed very unsecured and when we were given the wrong bus timetable for the complimentary buses the manager would not take responsibility for his colleague which was pathetic.
