4. My cons were there were some advertised amenities that just weren't offered -- no iron, no safe, TV flipped out here and there, and some of the lights didn't work and NO breakfast.

5. They have nerve to charge a resort fee (what resort?) the pool is tiny and there is no real other amenities, except for a stupid shuttle which we didn't even use.
