1. Now I was not expecting the Trump Plaza or great service but they are in the business of customer service and should be held to some level of decency.

2. The shuttle services to the parks were always excellent; on our last visit, the Disney shuttle had moved to a later time which got you into the parks for a little after opening time if you were going anywhere but Magic Kingdom.

My experiences have been: PROS:cheap, free shuttle, great location, comfortable beds, lots of clean towels, nice HOT showers with OK water pressure, lots of TV channels, nice individual AC/heater, coffeemaker/free coffeeCONS:cheap hotel comforters (just use the sheets only), small bathrooms (doesn't really matter to me but may to other people), inconsistent customer service/staff (sometimes very helpful, sometimes uninformed/unhelpful), ice machine hard to find/brokenOverall, worth it to me.

9. See that they don't care as to why we were checking out they just happy they got the money so that was $261 down the drain and why should they care they only provided services that were $200 worth and nothing more.

10. Personally i think this hotel should be shut down and renovated and staff need to be better trained in customer service.
