9. I argued about the fee and the staff at the front desk (who all obviously didn't like their jobs) and they told me it was mandatory and covered the cost of hotel parking and transportation to the theme parks.

Their credit card machine had an error and after making me call my bank they still froze up a second amount for the cost(lucky for them only one charge posted 4 days later) And through out that process the front desk girl got an attitude with me and there wasn't a manager anywhere on the premises.
